All Design Solution DO NOT PROVIDE any refund or reprint services. Clients are advice to print at their own risk. If in any scenario our production team made mistakes we will offer reprint for our customers. We bear no responsibility for any damage that might arise during transportation, caused by weather etc which will effects the final printing result.

Colour proofs: due to differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between colour proofing and production runs it is hereby agreed and accepted by the Buyer that a reasonable variation in colour between the proofs and the completed job will be acceptable.

Prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice. All information contained herein is correct at the time of site update. While every care is taken to ensure the accuracy of all information, All Design Solution will not be held responsible in the inaccuracy, omission or alteration that may occur and reserves the right to change any information in our site.

Client must pay Full payment for printing and 70% down payment for creative work. All Design Solution is not liable for any errors or omissions during the design process, it’s the Client responsible to proof check all the artwork/ contents before proceed on their own usage/ printing. If Clients provide artwork on their own, clients agreed that the file they send full-filled all guideline such as:
– Font size smaller than 4pts
– Artwork Resolution Less than 300 dpi
– No bleeding
– Artwork contains RGB Colour Mode
– Artwork total ink coverage is over 240%
– Artwork contains Pantone Colour Mode

NOTICE: A 5% (+/-) OF QUANTITY PRINTED WILL BE FACTORED IN

Preliminary work – All work carried out, whether experimentally or otherwise, at the customer’s request shall be charged under All Design Solution’s charging rate. Client will be given 2 rounds of amendments for new artwork design, and any further amendment will be RM 50 – RM 200 per pc depending on the complexity of artwork amendment.

Samples: The client shall provide the designer with samples of print design that result from the project deliverables. Such samples shall be representative of the highest quality of work produced. The designer may use such copies and samples for publication, exhibition, or other promotional purposes. The designer shall have the right to photograph all completed designs or installations and shall have the right to use such photographs for publication, exhibition, or other promotional purposes.

The client shall inform the designer in writing before the project commences if any portion of any material or information provided by the client or if any portion of the project is confidential. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the designer from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys’ fees and costs.

For customize order, all design solution will try best to provide estimate delivery date, however circumstance such as
client do not provide correct file size
client artwork need revision such as artwork contained fonts which is smaller than 4 pts, stroke level less than 0.8 pts, all design solution will assist in checking however it’s client’s responsible if clients provide artwork which is fail to meet criteria as display below:
– Font size smaller than 4pts
– Artwork Resolution Less than 300 dpi
– No bleeding
– Artwork contains RGB Colour Mode
– Artwork total ink coverage is over 240%
– Artwork contains Pantone Colour Mode

We bear no responsibility for delay of delivery that caused by 3rd party delivery services.

100% down payment before any assign job proceed. Payments are not refundable on any cancellation of any jobs. All Design Solution agree to work expeditiously with Client to complete the website no later than 60 days after agreement / invoice signed.

Client will have to provide us ALL the necessary materials within 30 days after the initial design approved. If the client does not supply All Design Solution with complete text and graphic content for the design within 30 days of the date this agreement was signed, the entire amount of the agreement becomes due and payable.

First design artwork/theme/draft will be checked by the Client and approved before proceed to html coding construction. All Design Solution shall not be liable for any errors not corrected by the Client where the Client has been provided with the initial design for checking, and has agreed to proceed. Client understands that changing the new layout or design will incur additional charges under the charging rate of All Design Solution.

The package included 4 rounds of amendments, or 8 hours of adjustment/amendment after confirming the web design. Spelling errors and malfunction will be adjusted for free on request during the web construction and within 1 month after the website launched. Amendments 1 month after the project launched/web development will be surcharged under All Design Solution Rate. The amendment fees/rate will be RM 160 per hour.

All Design Solution is not liable for any errors or omissions during the design process nor after web completion, it’s the Client’s responsible to proof check all the artwork / contents after website up on live. Any adjustment required 1 month after the website completed & launched will be charge on hourly basis.

The client unconditionally guarantees that any sources of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to All Design Solution for inclusion in the web design are owned by client, or that client has permission from the rightful owner/ copyright to use each of these sources.
